Some Exciting News…
Hi guys! I am beyond excited to reveal my very first product collaboration today! This has truly been a dream of mine since I was a little girl. I always wanted to be a designer when I grew up, and in a unique way that dream is coming true! Everything I’ve done thus far in my career has truly been a blessing and this is just icing on the cake! Anyways, to learn more about the product, the process, and the excitement read on!

For today’s entry I’ll be sharing an upper body workout as well as a few tips and tricks I use to keep my arms lean and toned. So if you’re like me and you’re trying to start off 2018 in a healthy manner then read on!
Again these exercises are equipment optional, so you can do them at the gym or home!
Mini Fitness Series
Hi guys! As promised, today I’m kicking off my mini fitness series that will be running the first three weeks of January. I get a lot of questions on what I do for exercise, how I stay fit, and the alike. Plus with the whole New Years resolutions thing happening at the moment I thought it would be a perfect time to share some of my favorite workouts, tips, and tricks for staying healthy and fit. I’ve also partnered up with K-Deer to show you my favorite workout sets. Seriously these sets are SO cute, SO flattering, and highly functional. You need one. Anyways, let’s get to it!
P.S. I decided to include exercises that were equipment optional. Therefore you can perform these workouts with or without a gym!
